For my dramaturgy capstone, my classmates and I devised an interactive experience where we casted audience members as production team members in a modern adaptation of The Crucible.  We took on the roles of stage managers and guided the audience through different scenarios throughout the production process. Each track encouraged audience members to voice their opinions and collaborate in order to problem-solve or make decisions. The performance culminated in a meeting following the first-preview of the adaptation to address the company's response to harsh criticism received from a New York Times review.
